Temporary Executive Assistant | Asset Management | 12 months

Our client is currently seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide support to their UK Functional Team, with additional support to their wider Functional Support Team. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of impactful projects. This role has a hybrid working style and has a day rate of £ – £ per day, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and organise internal and external meetings, including team meetings, one-to-ones, conference calls, and annual review meetings.
  • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and taxis, ensuring adherence to schedules and visa requirements.
  • Handle expense submission and reconciliation, including company credit card statements and currency conversion, while ensuring compliance with the Travel and Expense Policy.
  • Liaise with the IT department to manage and resolve IT/mobile device issues.
  • Assist with scanning, printing, and binding of documents for internal/external meetings.
  • Provide cover/assistance to other executive assistants in the wider team, as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in financial services and supporting a team.
  • Confidence to make decisions and react to requests promptly and professionally.
  • Proactive with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously.
  • Strong organisational and management skills, with the ability to prioritise efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Drive to understand and develop deep knowledge of the industry overall.
