Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development and continuous improvement of quality systems within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve quality management systems, ensuring readiness for internal and external audits.
- Define and implement company-wide quality standards, procedures, and KPIs.
- Oversee supplier quality assurance and ensure compliance with internal requirements.
- Lead quality training and development across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior quality role, preferably within FMCG or manufacturing – pharma, cosmetics, medical devices or personal care is preffered
- Qualifications in Quality Management and Risk Management (required).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of relevant standards such as ISO 9001 and BRCGS.
